J MAR charges companies a set fee for search and recruiting services. The fee is usually assessed as a percentage of a hired candidate's first year compensation and is in accordance with standard market rates. It is central to our recruiting philosophy not to consider a fee as being earned until the recruiting objective has been fulfilled.

Various fee structures can be accommodated. We will prioritize client needs and the most optimal arrangement in order to complete a particular assignment. Standard protections are operative in all fee agreements. As a part of the J MAR - client relationship, a J MAR manager will clarify all substantive matters pertaining to fees, billings, payment terms and guarantee period.
